Does anyone know the name, or the color numbers, for the shade of green on the
Statue of Liberty? I would appreciate it. Thanks.

One of the possible solutions:

1. Find image of desired object
2. Take this tool: https://www.iconico.com/colorpicker
3. Click on image at desired point
4. You got it !

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patina

It's going to be the result of some complex combinations of basic copper oxides,
hydroxides, carbonates, etc.

Get a HQ image and use a color picker. ;)

In addition to things already said, I would suggest using some image
editor as a color picker. For example, GIMP (if you aren't interested in
most modern complex version, you may get minimal 2.8.22). With that, you
can do some average (blur) or median filtering of photo before using
color picker (surely, GIMP have one included).

I vote for basic carbonate (malachite). In fine dispersions, color is
pretty close.
