Read more closely; there's a "Replaced with" that has a free option, like 
Davinci Resolve replacing Adobe Premiere.

BE is a long-time member of the community, not a spammer.

To be fair, my initial reaction was similar, but then I read more closely, 
and saw that he was sharing "if you're paying for x, here's option y which 
at least has a free option".
