Hello,

I've embarked on a rather crazy project: to bring together all the 
macros I've written over the decades. I hesitated over the choice of 
language and finally opted for Perl, but that's not the point.

To recognize the start of a macro, it's easy with the #macro keywords.
But, for the ending, I have to "count" the #end.
I've identified these structures that terminate with #end :

   #if - #ifdef - #ifndef - #switch - #while - #for


Are there any others I've forgotten?
